Global Village Dubai announces return date as Season 30 resumes cultural celebrations
UAE’s popular destination confirms reopening following official safety-guided suspension period
DUBAI – The Global Village, Dubai’s leading multicultural family destination for entertainment, dining, shopping and attractions, will officially reopen on Monday, April 20.
The announcement comes after a brief suspension of operations undertaken in line with official safety guidance during evolving regional conditions.
The attraction, which forms part of Dubai Holding Entertainment, will resume its seasonal activities as part of Season 30. Visitors can expect the venue to operate daily from 5:00 PM until 12:00 AM.
The confirmation of reopening was shared on Saturday, bringing relief to fans who had been awaiting updates after the park’s temporary closure. The destination had remained shut as a precautionary measure, with no fixed reopening timeline initially provided for Season 30.
On the official Instagram account, it announced the return, stating: “We’ve missed you too! Global Village is back! We can’t wait to welcome you again starting from Monday 20 at 5pm.”
Safety closure
The closure period followed precautionary steps taken amid regional developments, during which several outdoor attractions across the UAE also temporarily paused operations. The decision was made in coordination with official guidance, prioritising visitor safety and operational review.
During that time, Global Village continued to engage with its audience through official statements, expressing appreciation for public enthusiasm and patience while monitoring the situation closely.
